Cooling Breath

How to stay cool during summer using your breath. Give sitali breath a try. Stick out your tongue and curl the sides (genetic trait) or take the tip of your tongue behind the top of your two front teeth. Breathe slowly in and slowly out through your mouth. Feel the cool sensation. Repeat 3-5 times. Resume normal breathing once your done or if your tongue feels dry.
