A variation from Donna Eden, Energy Medicine of Separation Heaven and Earth. Think of an “X” pattern with your arms.
1. Standing position (Tadasana) with feet hip distance apart.
2. Take both hands in prayer in from heart space
3. Inhale, reach your right arm up at 2 o’clock position and your left arm at 8 o’clock position.
4. Exhale, return the hands to prayer in front of the heart space
5. Inhale, reach your left arm up to 10 o’clock position and right arm at 4 o’clock position.
6. Exhale, return the hands to prayer in front of the heart space
Repeat steps 3-6 between 3-9 rounds. Increase circulation, mobility in shoulders and chest, and strengthens the immune system.
